Yes. Our facility offers around-the-clock access when bays are available. Your booking confirmation includes an OpenPath facility access code and a 4-digit Bay PIN, both of which activate 15 minutes before your session and deactivate when your session ends. No staff check-in required.
Each bay comfortably fits up to 4 players at the standard hourly rate. Whether you’re playing solo or as a group, the per-bay rate stays the same — making it a great deal for groups splitting the cost.
You can book a simulator bay in three convenient ways:
- Visit our website and select the “Book a Tee Time” icon
- Use the TrackMan Golf app by navigating to the Locations tab and searching for Elysian Bay Golf
- Book directly online at https://booking.trackmangolf.com/venues/elysian-bay-golf/booking/bays
After selecting your preferred bay and session time, complete your booking to receive a confirmation email that includes:
- Your OpenPath facility access code
- Your 4-digit Bay PIN code
Both access codes will activate 15 minutes prior to your reservation and deactivate immediately after your session ends.
Yes. All guests must create a free YourGolfBooking account before reserving a simulator bay. Your account allows you to book bays, purchase memberships, manage reservations, and buy gift cards.
At Elysian Bay Golf, we offer five membership tiers — plus annual options — designed to fit every level of golfer. All members enjoy no guest fees, private locker room access (where noted), and 10% off lessons, Swing Lab, Putting Lab, tournaments, and retail.

Yes. Non-members can book at standard public rates based on time of day — ranging from $25/hr (Late Night) to $45/hr (Peak). Members receive preferred pricing on every booking, included monthly hours, and advance booking windows. See our walk-in rate FAQ for the full public pricing breakdown.
Walk-ins are always welcome — no membership required. Public bay rates are priced by time of day, with up to 4 players per bay:

All rates are per bay and include full access to TrackMan IO’s course library and game modes. Walk-ins welcome · 24/7 access.
We power every bay with TrackMan IO, the gold standard for indoor golf. TrackMan IO combines advanced radar with high-speed optical tracking to deliver tour-level accuracy on ball and club data (spin, launch, path, face angle, carry, and more).
Why it’s better: It’s purpose-built for indoor environments, providing more consistent reads and faster feedback than camera-only systems and older hybrid models. The result is practice and play that translates more directly to on-course performance.
Yes. We partner with local professionals and instructors. Lessons can be booked directly with participating pros or through our front desk/online portal (instructor availability and rates may vary). Instructor memberships are also available for certified coaches.
League Nights at Elysian Bay Golf are weekly competitive events open to golfers of all skill levels. Whether you’re a scratch golfer or just getting started, leagues are a fun way to play consistently, track your improvement, and connect with the local golf community.
We partner with Birdy Day to manage league play, scoring, and standings. Leagues run on a set weekly schedule — spots are limited, so early registration is encouraged. Visit our Events page or contact us to learn about current league formats, start dates, and registration.
Birdy Day is our league management partner, providing a seamless experience for competitive play at Elysian Bay Golf. Through Birdy Day, participants can register for leagues, track live scoring and leaderboards, and view standings throughout the season — all from their phone.
