You can book a simulator bay in three convenient ways:

  1. Visit our website and select the “Book a Tee Time” icon
  2. Use the TrackMan Golf app by navigating to the Locations tab and searching for Elysian Bay Golf
  3. Book directly online at https://booking.trackmangolf.com/venues/elysian-bay-golf/booking/bays

After selecting your preferred bay and session time, complete your booking to receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Your OpenPath facility access code
  • Your 4-digit Bay PIN code

Both access codes will activate 15 minutes prior to your reservation and deactivate immediately after your session ends.

Yes. All guests must create a free YourGolfBooking account before reserving a simulator bay. Your account allows you to book bays, purchase memberships, manage reservations, and buy gift cards.

We periodically offer introductory promotions and guest access. Members also receive a set number of guest passes depending on tier. For the latest trial offers or day-pass availability, please contact us.

Yes. Non-members can book at standard hourly rates, subject to availability. Members receive priority access, included monthly hours, and advance booking windows.

Yes! We are open to the public and available 24/7 when bays are open. The rate is $40 per hour, up to 4 players per bay. This is ideal for casual play, group outings or first-time guests.

We power every bay with TrackMan IO, the gold standard for indoor golf. TrackMan IO combines advanced radar with high-speed optical tracking to deliver tour-level accuracy on ball and club data (spin, launch, path, face angle, carry, and more).
Why it’s better: It’s purpose-built for indoor environments, providing more consistent reads and faster feedback than camera-only systems and older hybrid models. The result is practice and play that translates more directly to on-course performance.

Yes. We partner with local professionals and instructors. Lessons can be booked directly with participating pros or through our front desk/online portal (instructor availability and rates may vary). Instructor memberships are also available for certified coaches.

Absolutely. We run in-house leagues and events throughout the year and can support private leagues, corporate outings, and custom tournaments. Champion members receive priority placement and complimentary entry on select events. Contact us to reserve dates.
